No Bangla?

All textual contents in this blog is in Unicode Bengali (UTF-8) encoding, however there will not be any problem reading the comics in this site, as they are rendered as simple jpeg images but if you see boxes or jumbled up ascii characters instead of any Bengali text in posts or pages, then there must be some problem regarding rendering of Unicode Bengali script in your operating system or browser. We strongly recommend to use Google Chrome for an unmatched Bengali reading experience.

To view Unicode Bengali Script properly you have to enable this feature in Windows XP. To enable this feature at one click, please download and run this Bengali language pack. Additionally Internet Explorer users can download and install chrome frame plugin from google to fix some IE specific issues.

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 then Unicode Bengali support is expected to be enabled by default.

In Linux you can enable it by adding Bengali in Localization or Language settings of your distro.

To improve the visual appearance of the text, you can download and install SolaimanLipi bengali font  and set it in your browser as default font for Bengali language.
